Labs

Any qualified laboratory, anywhere, can run the experiments a model needs: core facilities, contract research organizations, cloud labs and academic groups. A laboratory joins by describing its capabilities and meeting shared calibration standards.

Joining as a lab

  1. Describe your capabilities

Cell systems, instruments and settings, turnaround and cost.

  2. Meet the calibration standards

Reference plates, internal-standard recovery and cell-lot qualification, so that results are comparable across laboratories.

  3. Complete an inter-laboratory comparison

Repeat a standard experiment another laboratory has run; results must agree within the program threshold (85%, then 90%).

  4. Run approved experiments

Experiments arrive as standardized protocols; you return data with full metadata, and the model is updated.

See the protocol standard and the contribution guide.
