Assessing individual learning styles of undergraduate medical students utilizing Kolb's learning style inventory.
Article in Pakistan journal of medical sciences, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 2 papers.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background &Objective: David A. Kolb, an educational theorist, proposes that learning is a process, and that experience plays a key role in how individuals learn. In his Experiential Learning Theory, he has introduced a Learning Style Inventory, as a tool to assess and categorize individuals based on their preferred ways of learning. Our objective was to assess the individual learning styles of undergraduate medical students based on Kolb's learning style inventory (KLSI). Methods: In this cross sectional observational study a total of 142 medical students of 1 Results: The highest learning style amongst students was observed to be converging. However, when analyzed via chi square test, no significant difference was observed either between the students of the three years or between the learning styles of pre and post clinical students. There was transitory pattern of learning style preference among the 02 pre-clinical years of 1 Conclusion: It was concluded that learners exhibit different learning style preferences, that if known to the learner and facilitators would be helpful in the process.
