1 · What the graph read from it
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
2 · The registry
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.
PubMed lists nothing against this paper. Absence here is not a guarantee, only a check that was made.

introductionLimbic-predominant age-related transactive response DNA binding protein 43 kDa encephalopathy neuropathologic change (LATE-NC) is common in older adults, yet definitive diagnosis is only possible at autopsy.
methodsThis work developed a fully automated in vivo marker of LATE-NC named MARBLE (MARker of Brain LatE) by applying machine learning methods on brain magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and neuropathology data from 918 community-based older adults.
resultsTesting MARBLE in an independent group of older adults, with ante mortem intervals between MRI and death of < 3 years, achieved an area under the curve = 0.92 for in vivo prediction of LATE-NC. Moreover, a higher MARBLE score was associated with higher LATE-NC stages (β = 0.083, 95% confidence interval = [0.053, 0.113], p < 10 DISCUSSION: MARBLE is an automated in vivo MRI-based marker of LATE-NC holding significant promise for enhancing diagnosis, refining clinical trial enrollment, and advancing targeted therapeutic approaches.
