Abstract

Alopecia areata is an autoimmune disease with diverse clinical manifestations. This case report describes a patient with diffuse alopecia areata who responded well to oral abrocitinib, resulting in complete hair regrowth. The patient achieved complete recovery without any observed adverse effects.
