We report the surgical techniques and outcomes of hepatopancreatoduodenectomy (HPD) using indocyanine green fluorescence imaging (ICG-FI) for Bismuth type IIIb perihilar cholangiocarcinoma in a patient with right-sided ligamentum teres. ICG-FI was used in three ways:
