Alterations in peripheral blood inflammatory mediators, vascular endothelial growth factor, and serum tumor markers in advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients treated with bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy.
Article in American journal of translational research, 2026. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
objectivesTo investigate the effects of bevacizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
methodsClinical data of 120 patients with advanced NSCLC treated at Chongqing Hospital of Jiangsu Province Hospital between January 2023 and August 2025 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into two groups: the standard gemcitabine plus cisplatin chemotherapy group (SC group, n=60) and the bevacizumab combined with gemcitabine plus cisplatin group (SC+B group, n=60). Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups after treatment.
resultsAfter treatment, the objective response rate and disease control rate in the SC+B group were significantly higher than those of the SC group (
conclusionsBevacizumab combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve clinical efficacy in patients with advanced NSCLC.
