1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

2 · The registry

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract

Objective: To summarize the best evidence for the follow-up management of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis and provide a reference for clinical follow-up management. Methods: Following the "6S" evidence model, domestic and foreign databases, guideline websites and relevant association websites were systematically searched for evidence on the follow-up management of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, including clinical decisions, guidelines, expert consensus, evidence summaries and systematic reviews, etc. The search time limit was from January 2015 to October 2025. Two researchers independently used corresponding tools to evaluate the quality of the included literature and extract the evidence. Results: A total of 13 literatures were included, including 1 clinical decision, 7 guidelines, 4 expert consensus and 1 systematic review. Thirty‑two pieces of evidence were summarized from 8 aspects such as the necessity of follow-up, the mode of follow-up, the eradication treatment and management of Conclusion: The evidence summarized in this study can provide an evidence-based basis for the follow-up management of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis, which can help to optimize clinical practice and improve patient prognosis and quality of life.
