The Prognostic Value of Tumor HER2 Expression in Predicting Oncological Outcomes of Patients with Advanced Urothelial Carcinoma: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis.

What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
The biologic and prognostic value of tumor human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) expression in patients with advanced urothelial carcinoma (UC) who undergo systemic therapies remains controversial. A systematic search of English-language literature using PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Library was performed in October 2025 according to the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) protocol to evaluate the prognostic value of tumor HER2 expression in predicting oncological outcomes of patients with advanced UC. The primary endpoints were recurrence-free survival (RFS), progression-free survival (PFS), cancer-specific survival (CSS), and overall survival (OS). Seventeen studies comprising 4909 patients were eligible. HER2 expression was significantly associated with inferior RFS (HR 1.68, 95% CI 1.16-2.42;
