ArticleBMC genomic data2025
Draft genome sequence of the medicinal fungus Rigidoporus glomeratus isolated from Gaoligong mountain.
Article in BMC genomic data, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
objectivesThe fruiting body of Rigidoporus glomeratus is a traditional medicinal herb employed by indigenous ethnic communities in the Gaoligong Mountain region. This fungus is known to be rich in various metabolites, including polyphenols, polysaccharides, flavonoids, terpenoids, and steroids. Despite its significance in traditional medicine, genomic information for R. glomeratus has been scarce. Herein, we report the first de novo assembled whole-genome sequence of R. glomeratus strain YAFMF1018 isolated from the Gaoligong Mountain. DATA DESCRIPTION: Whole-genome sequencing of R. glomeratus strain YAFMF1018 was performed using a hybrid approach integrating Illumina NovaSeq and Oxford Nanopore Technologies platforms. The combined data were used for de novo assembly, resulting in a genome size of 38.68 Mb comprising 23 scaffolds, with a GC content of 47.98%. The gene completeness of the assembly was assessed with BUSCO, which revealed a completeness value of 93.9% based on the fungi_odb10 database.
