Prognostic potential of N6-methyladenosine methylation-associated genes in lung adenocarcinoma.
Article in Translational cancer research, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Cited by 1 paper.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background: Lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), recognized as one of the most lethal variants of lung cancer, presents significant treatment challenges and is associated with a poor prognosis. In this study, we used data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) to investigate the functional implications of N6-methyladenosine (m6A)-related genes in LUAD. Methods: The clinical characteristics and RNA-sequencing data of patients with LUAD were obtained from the TCGA-LUAD database. Through a comprehensive analysis, we identified the genes related to m6A modifications and with prognostic value for patients with LUAD. Results: In this study, we found that 10 out of 13 m6A genes (including Conclusions: In patients diagnosed with LUAD, there is a significant correlation between m6A-related gene expression and tumor classification. Our study constructed a novel signature associated with m6A modifications, which can serve as a promising prognostic indicator for LUAD. These findings may provide valuable insights into diagnosis and therapeutic strategies for patients with LUAD.
