1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Abstract

Pancreatic cancer is a deadly and highly metastatic malignancy; the liver is the most frequent site of metastasis (70-80%), however, bone metastases are rare, occurring in approximately 5% of cases. Currently, there are no documented reports of effective responses to therapy for bone metastases, especially in the context of cell-based treatments. Here, we report the first case of a partial response according to RECIST v1.1, with a reduction in size and dissolution of liver and bone metastases from pancreatic cancer, for the novel cell therapy, SL-28, under the expanded access pathway (NCT06872489). SL-28 (Leukocyte-Tells) is a novel cell therapy that uses allogeneic leukocytes, whose anticancer activity is increased
