ArticlebioRxiv : the preprint server for biology2025
New iPSC resource with long-read whole genome sequencing characterizations for enhanced in vitro modeling.
Article in bioRxiv : the preprint server for biology, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Here we present a new iPSC resource of apparently healthy subject biospecimens available to the research community through the National Institute of General Medical Sciences Human Genetic Cell Repository (NIGMS Repository). This resource includes five iPSCs and matched parental cell lines with accompanying publicly available, HiFi whole-genome sequencing data. Structural variant (SV) and single nucleotide variant (SNV) concordance between iPSC and parental lines was generally high; however, we found a notable reduction in concordance between the iPSC reprogrammed with retroviral reprogramming and its parental line consistent with previous work showing newer Sendai approaches to be more robust in preserving genomic integrity. This iPSC resource additionally includes pharmacogenomic and human leukocyte antigen (HLA) gene annotations as well as a set of user-friendly, web-based search tools to visualize and explore SVs and SNVs. This new resource is designed to offer a highly characterized set of
