Exploring the Role of hsa_circ_0052112 as a Potential Biomarker in Breast Cancer: Insights from Experimental and

What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background: Circular RNAs (circRNAs) are important in tumorigenesis and cancer progression, highlighting their potential as biomarkers for diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment monitoring. Methods: This study consists of experimental and Results: Data revealed a significant increase in hsa_circ_0052112 expression in both blood and tumour of breast cancer patients. This increase was especially pronounced in patients with estrogen, progesterone, and HER2 receptor positivity, as well as in advanced disease stages with lymph node involvement. Enrichment analysis of hub genes indicates their role in the PI3K/AKT signaling pathway. Conclusion: hsa_circ_0052112 shows promise as a multifaceted biomarker for breast cancer, enhancing diagnosis and prognosis; while supporting personalized treatment strategies. Further clinical validation is necessary to confirm its utility.
