Article in Transplantation and cellular therapy, 2025. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. It is linked to trial NCT07485855 (Comparison of Immunogenicity of Different Influenza Vaccines in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies), which is not on this map. Cited by 5 papers.

1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Abstract

Chimeric antigen receptor-modified T (CAR-T) cell therapies are gaining wider use in relapsed and refractory malignancies. However, data on vaccination in this population is lacking. We evaluated T cell responses in an established cohort of CAR-T recipients and healthy controls before and after 2019 to 2020 influenza vaccination. Peripheral blood mononuclear cells were isolated from healthy controls and patients who received the 2019 to 2020 influenza vaccine pre- or post-CD19, CD20, or B cell maturation antigen CAR-T. T cells were expanded in vitro for 10 days with peptide libraries for hemagglutinin (HA) and nucleoprotein from the 2019 to 2020 vaccine influenza A strains and analyzed by flow cytometry following interferon-γ/tumor necrosis factor-α (IFNγ/TNFα) intracellular staining. Antibody response was evaluated by a hemagglutination inhibition assay. Twenty-nine participants, including eight immunocompetent adults, seven pre-CAR-T, and 14 post-CAR-T patients, were evaluated.
