Insulin like growth factor 2 mRNA binding protein 2 regulates vascular development in cerebral arteriovenous malformations.
Article in Frontiers in neurology, 2024. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. Not yet cited in PubMed.
What it found
Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.
The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.
The trial behind it
Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.
Neither the registry nor the abstract names a trial number. If this is a trial report, that itself is worth knowing.

Abstract
Background: Cerebral arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are intricate vascular anomalies that disrupt normal cerebral blood flow, potentially leading to severe neurological complications. Although the pathology of AVMs is not fully understood, epigenetic mechanisms have been implicated in their formation. Methods: Transcriptional differences between cerebral AVMs and normal tissues were analyzed using RNA sequencing (RNA-seq), identifying IGF2BP2 as a key differentially expressed gene. Comprehensive bioinformatics analysis, integrating multi-omics data such as RNA-seq and methylated RNA immunoprecipitation sequencing (MeRIP-seq), was employed to identify the downstream target gene of IGF2BP2. The roles of specific genes in vascular development were assessed using endothelial cell cultures and zebrafish models. Results: Our analysis of RNA-seq data from cerebral AVMs and normal tissues identified IGF2BP2, a key N Conclusion: Our findings suggest that IGF2BP2, via m
