Article in JTO clinical and research reports, 2023. The graph could read no effect estimate from its abstract, so it casts no vote on the map. It is linked to trial NCT03784599 (Trastuzumab-emtansine and Osimertinib Combination Treatment to Target HER2 Bypass Track Resistance in EGFR Mutation Positive NSCLC), which is not on this map. Cited by 25 papers, 1 of them a synthesis that pooled it.

1 · What the graph read from it

What it found

Each row is one number read from the abstract, on the scale the paper reported it, with its interval. Left of the dashed line favours the treatment, right favours the comparator. Under each row is the sentence it came from. New to these charts? A ten-minute tutorial.

The abstract states no effect estimate the extractor could read, or names no intervention and outcome on the map, so this paper lights no cell and moves no belief. It is still indexed, cited and linked below.

The trial behind it

Trials whose registry record cites this paper, or whose number appears in the abstract. A trial that started after this paper was published is citing it as background, not reporting it.

Abstract

Introduction: Methods: In this multicenter, single-arm, phase 1-2 study (NCT03784599), patients with Results: From January 2019 to April 2021, 27 patients were enrolled. ORR after 12 weeks of treatment was 4% (1 of 27). Median progression-free survival was 2.8 months (95% confidence interval: 1.4-4.6 mo). Most frequent treatment-related adverse events of any grade were fatigue, diarrhea, and nausea, among these, grade 3 in four patients. There were no grade 4 or 5 therapy-related adverse events. Conclusions: TRAEMOS (Trastuzumab-Emtansine and Osimertinib) is the first trial combining T-DM1 and osimertinib in patients with
